HUH? You are getting backup goalie for almost league minimum who is better than both of your goalies were last year, Brown who is easily Oilers best winger and Zaitsev who is not a cap dump for AHL prospect who has upside of 3rd pairing Dman and 3rd and 6th.. I dont get your point.

First off, edmonton doesnt have the cap space to eat that awful contract as we have the same trash (russell). And sparks is the WORST goalie in the NHL. Bet hes back in the AHL next year. Its obviously to make room for marner but its 7million to the oilers and 700k to the leafs. How is that not a cap dump

What do you think about taking out Comtois and adding Gibson for Andersen? How far off am I? Gibson gives cost certainty going forward
