not at all they have more than enough in their relief pool to place him on LTIR on all three formulas for the off season, training camp and regular season. Would you like me to do the match for you?

There is no penalty, they can place him on LTIR in the off season, training camp and regular season under all three formulas. They actually have build up quite a large relief pool
