Buch and Anderson scored at the same rate, and Buch produced at a slightly higher rate. The only reason I may rather have anderson is his cap hit for this season (he needs a new deal next year so it isn't long term savings).
Regardless, neither will be on the team after 3 seasons-- Kravtsov and Kakko both play RW so they won't be worth the contract when playing 3rd line (especially when kakko and Kravtsov need new deals).

If you trade that package, you go for a very good prospect from the most recent draft (for years of control) like Newhook (i really wish we got the 16th for Kreider)

Buch = Anderson in terms of value if you sign Buch long term. Otherwise it doesn't really make sense. I really like Anderson though. I think your trade is closer to like

Anderson + 2nd for Buch + 4th.

I agree that Kappo/Kratsov will be the Rangers top 2 right wings ... which is why I rather sacrifice Buch than Kreider. These moves were geared at cutting salary, keeping Kreider and adding some more grit (and draft choices). If Josh Anderson backs up his breakout year than he may become too expensive. But he'll be an RFA so the Rangers can evaluate the kids' progress and his value and determine if they want to keep him or use him as an asset. Finally, as talented as Buch is, its harder to find guys who play with energy/toughness and can score like Anderson does. That's why I think the Rangers have to give a little more.
