Description

Reading an Edmonton Journal post what has been made obvious is, although there has no big scoring wingers that have been added there has been a boost in speed. Watching the oilers last season it was painfully obvious that they lagged behind the other team constantly except when McDavid was on the ice. https://postmediaedmontonjournal2.files.wordpress.com/2019/07/speed.png

But the oilers need scoring. My solution is ... Tyler Johnson of the Tampa Bay lightning. The lightning need two things, help on the right side of defence and cap space to sign Brayden Point. I feel like the trade is even but let me know if it needs to be tweaked.

Nice! I think should balance the 1st/2nd line though give nuge some options.

Nobody ever gives the new wingers to Nuge like McDavid and Draisaitl had 221 points between them they don’t need Johnson. Give a Nuge true top 6 winger all year and I can easily see him over 70 points again
