This team won't make the playoffs, playoffs is a next season goal and isn't even in the sights this season. Reasons why?
1. Top 6 is short 2 wingers
2. Bottom 6 is atrocious
3. Benning is a 4/5 Dman
4. Gagner, Granlund, Kassian are all terrible and also off the books next offseason
5. Russel is also easier to move next offseason

Oilers are looking for another top 10 pick in 2020 and after that draft they will make there moves to improve.
