Just curious do you have a formula? Or just based on past performance.

Quickie will have more than 16 points unless he gets hurt... penalty killer who does the little things right, even if demoted to bottom 6 for the entire season he should put up around 30.

Nah, is just my best guess based on past performance, age and other factors that have changed around them.
Ex: I expect Zibanejad to have a slight increase in points from playing with Panarin. I also expect Trouba to take a small step back due to NY having a worse power play than Winnipeg and that's where he scored a lot of his points

But with Trouba he is coming out of a bad situation to a team he wants to play on. I think he might be rejuvenated and have a really good year.
