Koivula is not being traded. The guy is probably a season away from being our 3C. That MTL trade is horrible for NYI.

Overpay for Tatar, I agree no to trading Koivula.

Bailey for Zucker is a lateral move at best. Bailey while older produces more than Zucker.

Doubt Oilers move RNH unless one of the top prospects of (Wahlstrom, Dobson, Wilde) are included. Only one that would even be in the discussion is Wilde, then you would still need to add a First and Beau. For me the price to obtain RNH would be too much, time to let Ho-Sang, Dal Colle or Bellows earn a spot this year.

I don't think NYI should do any of these deals.

We don't really need RNH. Nelson is our 2C. We need a regular 3C on an expiring contract to keep the team balanced and salary going into next off-season at a minimum.

That's overpayment for Tatar. I think the Canadiens don't need Leddy anymore, but that straight up or balancing between the two is a lot more fair. We shouldn't be adding to Leddy to get Tatar is what I really mean here.

I would love to add Zucker but not at the expense of Bailey. Zucker should be an addition rather than a replacement.

Disagree on RNH, we could use him as a winger not a center. Islander definitely top 6 scoring.

Tatar I could understand your stance, I just like Tatar and leddy is expendable. Koivula stock is high right now and I know everyone likes him but I’m ok with parting with him to get an NHL top 6.

Zucker for bailey is a parallel move but zucker puts the puck in the net and Bailey is a feeder. This team needs more pucks in the net. Just brining a different kind of player in, nothing against bailey.
