you're getting hypothetical 1st round picks for players that wont get you 1st round picks. JGP isn't getting you a 1st and neither is Tierney

DET and ARI aren't going to move down in the draft and give up cap space though. ARI actually needs Hossa to stay under or they have under $200K it looks like.
