Description

GMJR slowly walks out of the locker room with a knife in hand and runs into HCMS and says "I think I found a solution to our cap problem, well use the LTIR" and proceeds to his office. HCMS walks into the locker room only to discover Jock Johnson sitting as his stall with two severed Achilles tendons and says, "Coach I think I'm going to have to sit out for a while."

Certainly that would be a no-brainer for the Pens, but Jets would take a hard pass. They are banking on Pionk to build on his season last year and is still a very young player. No way they give up on him so quickly, especially consider the cost (Trouba). If the Pens wanted him, they are going to have to pay up. Schultz does nothing for this deal btw.
