I think leafs would be happy to get that deal. Really helps them gain some depth on D without totally losing on forward

How about swap Gostisbehere for Provorov and Konecny for a lesser forward?

There really isnt a forward who could replace Marners skills. Travis atleast comes close with being the same age and having a nice set of mits. You could say someone like Patrick but the flyers arent getting rid of him.

I'd rather move Patrick than Konecny but they are less likely to do that. Patrick and Sanheim + a 2nd is my counter offer.

The issue with that, as great as Sanheim is, Patrick wouldnt do well on the current Leafs team. Were is he going play, third line wing? Id rather give that job to someone like Bracco.

you could argue Sanheim and Konecny but more would need to be thrown in. And I know the Flyers or fans wouldnt do it

Push Kerfoot to LW (where he has played better) and put Patrick on 3C. Maybe he'd work on the wing with Hyman and Matthews?

But whats the point? We already have a strong LW in Moore and Kerfoot is fine at 3C you know??
