2 first rounders from Ottawa over the next 2 years? I still think Tampa lets him walk for those picks. They could also just take this compensation, turn around and offersheet another RFA since they got all their picks and now have the cap space. The difference between Point and (as an example) Matthew Tkachuk + a chance at Lafraniere seems like a solid move

Would have to get it up to 9.5ish to match. There are a lot of things that diminish net income besides state/provincial taxes.
