The entire stable at RW would have a tough time cracking at least a few NHL rosters around the league.

Haas, Yamo... what happens with them?

Why buy out Gagner and extend the sting of his contract. The team you've papered above still isn't contending for a cup, and will struggle to contend for a playoff spot... bit the bullet this year, and save the cap space / shed the bad contracts next year. Come back to the table next year with clean slate, room to sign FA's and a better idea of which prospects will be worth keeping, and which can be traded for more immediate help.
