Yeah but they can compare are they want....

Caufield isnt Debrincat though and hasnt even played in the NHL yet and wasnt even a top 10 pick

the thinking is that they can weaponize those picks and get someone else instead, but the flaw is who is going to give up a guy as good as marner jsut for picks especially if they are under contract.
