Overpayment if Brodie is being extended as part of the trade, not enough if the extension isnt included. Plus ducks and Flames are division rivals as well as hate eachother so I doubt this will happen

Not sure I agree it would be an overpayment even with an extension. He's being crowded out on the Flames D-corps. Jankowski will probably be stuck on the fourth line this year in CGY but could have more opportunity in ANA.

Also not sure the division rival thing holds as much water as it used to. Pretty much everyone Calgary picked up this off-season has been an ex-Oiler!
