Put him in the lineup. At 3C. Ideally Raffl goes to the bench and Laughton plays on the wing or center on the 4th line. Pitlick and Raffl on the bench gives the Flyers nice spares to rotate in just in case the rookies get a little overwhelmed and need a game or two on the bench or when injuries arise.

I was seeing if you think one of the "kids" goes down to the AHL. I agree about Raffl. However, I wonder if he has some value in the league just because his ability to play all 3 forward positions.
