Description
This is where it gets hard, I like Krug and Miller A lot... but with McAvoy and Carlo up the right, and Clifton signed to a 3-year deal, they really do not need miller or his injuries (maybe he can go play in LA!?)
As far as Krug, he is going to be looking for a huge long term deal and while he is awesome, the bruins don't wanna have him at a 6 - 7 million dollar deal at 36 years old. Also they have Griz, Urho, Moore, maybe Chara assuming he never retires, and Lauzon and zboril both coming up the system... Urho should be ready next year and Griz is only getting better and better!
Look at trade for details...
Keyser will be ready too!

  1. Bjork, Anders [RFA Rights]
  2. Forsbacka Karlsson, Jakob [Reserve List]
  3. Ritchie, Brett [RFA Rights]
Additional Details:
Ultimately, I did this last time too... I really like Bjork and JFK, but Bjork is too injury prone and the bruins have too much depth down the center for JFK so I think they will both be traded for maybe 2nd rounders or 3rd rounders, maybe even a first who knows... Oh and Brett Ritchie is gonna be another Jimmy Hayes where he sucks and is a big lug while his younger brother excels elsewhere (Kevin Hayes with NYR and Nick Ritchie with ANA)

Nah that’s the proper deal for that term.

not a chance that Keyser is ready after 1 year of pro hockey. It also makes no sense to have him sitting behind Rask when he could be a #1 horse in providence.

Then u sign some random backup to a one year deal for like 1.5 to 2 mil... but people are saying he is very close to ready, plus he was an animal last year and will develop a lot this year... Either way lol

Cehlarik likely gets scooped on waivers, should he get cut from the bruins at some point this season. If he is playing good and sticks with the big club, then a Bjork trade would make sense. Also, does Frederic not make the team next year? If you can't find room for him on the team next year he may as well be dealt or packaged with a bigger deal at some point as well.

What people? The fans that saw him play a few pre-season games? Listen I like the kid a lot and think he's going to be a fantastic goalie for the Bruins. At the end of the day though he needs reps and he needs to see action. Having him sit in Boston and get 20-25 games isn't the answer. You have Vladar who could be the back-up next year or you go out and find someone that can hold that role for a year or two.

I have read a few articles saying it, but that is besides the point... He will be ready soon, and I do like Vladar too so either way
