Description

Pittsburgh could use a point per game center while Malkin is out and some cap space so they're not forced to trade Jack Johnson. The Wild desperately need a LW, so they take Guentzel off of Pittsburgh's hands as a favor.

I would say you could trade him for Jack Hughes but the Wild would lose that trade
