Seguin Hall Unstoppable

Description
This is just for the lulz. But this team would be unstoppable.

The DAL trade only happens if Seguin continues to kind of have a fall out in DAL. Not saying he is but hear some DAL fans say it could happen. I love Kuznetsov but since the Cup win he's been kind of out of it. That way it's two players looking for a new start. Both same age, top line very skilled centers, one is more of shooter and the other is a playmaker. Seguin costs $2M more so maybe DAL throws in something else. But again, this only happens if both teams think the players need a change of scenery. It's unlikely.

I also don't want to trade Orlov, but if it means getting Hall then so be it. Caps are absolutely stack at LHD.

Well over the last 5 seasons

Kuznetsov: 2.37 (5v5) points per game, 1.81 (5v5) primary points per game, 3.07 points per game, 2.22 primary points per game

Seguin: 1.89 (5v5) points per game, 1.56 (5v5) primary points per game, 2.81 points per game, 2.26 points per game

So Kuznetsov has been the more productive player. I'm not saying he's better, but at the very least, if he's not as good as Seguin it's barely not as good, and taking on $2M more in cap definitely evens that out.

Oh I think kuzy is hands down the better player but people comment before actually thinking 99% of the time. Dude carried the caps to a cup. Seguin is good but he’s not kuzy

And I don't WANT to trade Kuznetsov. I'm just saying if he has another season being a black hold defensively it may be worth looking at. But I'd much rather him just get back to his old self. I love Kuzey.

I don't think Kuzy carried the Caps to the cup. Ovechkin had 5 less points, but 3 more goals, which tend to weigh heavier. But yeah he was certainly pivotal. I just think that if Kuzy can't improve his defense and stop being such a liability without the puck, his value is going to continue to lack.

As far as the trade itself, seems fine to me. On paper it tips to Seguin I suppose, but with the 2 mill more AAV, it evens out.
