Not at all for MTL... We need Petry badly + hes worth more than that. Start with a first and a great prospect

Realistically MTL only deals Petry in a full teardown scenario (they are very much not there yet), since he's probably their 2nd best player. 1st and a good prospect would be close-ish to fair value, but Petry's market value is probably closer to 1st or a high-quality prospect just given where NHL talent evaluation is. They 100% don't trade him for a collection of scrap.
