Its called rentals, every team going for the cup does them. Kreider makes a lot of sense. He gives the team a physical boost while not dropping in skill and if they win the cup, so what if he walks next year. Kreider gets to put it on his resume and get a fat contract and Bolts take home the trophy.

sounds like future bolts problems. Now bilts have the extra cap to make a run for the cup

If you read the title of the post this is about the 2019-20 trade deadline and not the 2020 off season. The bolts have a problem that most teams would kill to have, great depth making team friendly tickets. And by the way I wouldn't call a 25 year old goalie (who is arguably if not unquestionably the best at his position in the entire NHL) locked down at under 10 million through the prime years of his career being screwed.

1st I didn’t know this was at the TDL, which explains my cap ceiling comment, my bad. Also, not saying Vasy’s contract is bad, but I think it should’ve been a bridge or something or not as long, but that’s just my opinion

He was already on a bridge, he was 1 year away from ufa
