we use to make fun of Crosby for playing with wings like chris kunitz but damn the best player in the world with those wings. just leave him and leon together and take your chances

They played poorly last night, time to split them up for a game or two. And, which line does Tortorella put Werenski-Jones out against?

they still had the goal and weirdly they looked bad against Detroit last week even though they won. maybe put rnh with McDavid and neal with leon to atleast give them some help.

Neal is with Leon. McDavid has Kassian, who was the best of the 1st liners last night. The RNH line from last night was easily the best even though they didn't cash, so I'm not changing that.

But, which line does Tortorella put Werenski-Jones out against?

well dertroit loaded up on the McDavid line and has little depth so I would read to much into rnh and his line looking good. the d looks ok the goalies haven't been bad its just the wings on this team. idk what Holland does. Where would they be without neal. id suspect they add a ufa to be at the deadline if they make the playoffs. idk how ya fix those wings without doing something drastic.

Columbus doesn't have much depth either, which is why I'd go with this lineup. RNH will be on easy street.

Good question. I suspect that the solution is mostly internal, which will take a couple of years to fully manifest. I could see Holland adding a UFA like Kreider or Hoffman this summer - depending on how much cap he can clear - but buy and large the solution to the winger issue will be names like Yamamoto, Benson, Lavoie and Maksimov. They'll probably draft a winger in the 1st round this June and I suspect they're looking for a winger in return for Jesse - or maybe Jesse will change his mind and come back. They sure could use him.
