As a Detroit fan I'd like that but not one of those players are going to bring returns like that. Maybe you get a 3rd for Green and a 4th for Glendening but the rest no one really wants.

Surprisingly i think LGD could be the most valuable chip. I could see the above return being realistic. He's something a lot of teams want and he's done well. Maybe someone (SJ) would take a run at Howard if he turns it around a bit

I used to think that about Glendening but he isn't making that much and there have been no offers so far. Howard would have to stand on his head for several games to get any one to notice I've watched every game and a lot of them weren't his fault but Detroit also doesn't have to give any thing up to get him Plus he doesn't want to leave his family I'm not sure and at 35 he could retire.
