Pretty good - you’re missing a third line centre and the Kreider contract is a little low, but you’ve locked up Nurse long term and made solid, strategic moves. 4 out of 5 stars.

Take $750k off Nurse and give it to Kreider, problem solved. Hard to find money for a 3C though, unless you can move Neal or Chiasson.
