Well its more to give him a fresh start, they are losing a bunch of centers this year and Suomela was highly regarded and still has potential to be an NHL player next year. Namest and Anderson dont have much value by themselves but this gives a little incentive

Andersson would cost at lot right now he isnt playing very well and Nilsson is slowly taking the job away with good performance. Giving up a late round pick for anderson with salary retain could turn out good for you. Jones as been a little better lately but still very shaky st moments
