I think that 3rd is going to Calgary for the Neal trade. That trade is more than fair IMO I wouldn’t include a pick. Kapanen hasn’t accomplished much in his career is soft.

If we're talking Johnsson I'm all ears, but I really don't think much of Kapanen.

good point on the draft pick forgot forgot about that,

is Johnsson actually much better? stats wise it appears like Kapanen will put up slightly more points, is Johnsson more physical?
either way i think either one of them would be an upgrade in the middle 6 and we need to move benning to make space for some of the younger guys.

Johnsson has produced no matter who he plays with, while Kapanen (prior to this year at least) produced pretty poorly unless he was playing with Matthews. Johnsson drives play, Kapanen is a complimentary player.
