Palmieri will never waive, NJ is probably on Froliks M-NTC (if not this is much easier) it would probably cost Bennett + Jankowski (mostly for cap but Bennett still has a lot of potential and Janko is a solid depth piece) + Kylington and a 2nd
If Frolik is willing to waive or NJ is not one of the teams the Kylington + Frolik + 2020 1st + 2021 3rd for Hall with some retention should work
