Funny you mention that. It is a league wide problem. PPs and PKs are correlated 1:1. That means that refs aren't calling the game, but are rather managing it. It means that a dirty team will get away with all sorts of crap if they are playing a clean team who doesn't take penalties because refs only call penalties if they are close to even. The leafs are a clean team, so yes they don't get enough pp calls. There are plenty of other teams in the same category.

Again, you are just showing your hate for the leafs here. There are actual problems with the league I am bringing up and you are trying to just wave them away.

But the stats show the leafs arnt a dirty team as they do take penalties, either you refuse to read the stats or you are to lazy to do so.
