If there best draft picks that are still active come back to the team and they’re in their prime( I dont know if that’s the best way to describe this team)
Isles had some great drafts and some bad drafts like any team. The problem was always player development for them in the past. Playing Nino on the 4th line for a year and destroying his confidence, not bringing Zdeno to his full potential before trading him, not even signing Spurgeron.
The biggest difference I have seen going from the Snow/Capuano/Weight to the Lou/ Trotz era has been young (and even veteran line Nelson) player development.
