Overpayment. Take out Heinen and it's closer.

I agree it's an overpayment, but don't you feel this is going to most likely be the rate for one of the three best wingers on the trade market?

A young roster player + good prospect + 2nd is above market value.

Being a rental brings down the value a good amount. If he had like 4 years on the deal, it would be much closer to realistic, but as a rental its a huge overpayment

Toffoli isn’t hot this year. I’d think Zboril and a 3rd is more fair.

Appreciate the critique. Seeing as Bs would need at least some cap out the door, do you think Heinen and a 3rd/4th is enough? Or do you think Heinen doesn't carry enough value?

Hienen for Toffoli would be more than sufficient, and the bruins would likely reject that offer. As a rental, a fair trade would be T for Zboril, john Moore, and a second

Bruins fans like Heinen. I don’t think he’d be a piece in this trade

The thing is though (and I'm a huge Heinen guy), Boston is deep at LW. We're asking guys like Bjork and Heinen to play their off-wing because we don't have room for them all. DeBrusk is unlikely to move as a potential 30 goal scorer, Bjork has more upside than Heinen and Marchand is locked in for a while. They also have Frederic and Lauko down in Providence, so I could see them making Heinen available in a deal

The last speculation I saw on Twitter from one of the big fan run news accounts was that Bjork and Heinen were the two names they were being told were coming up in talks most often with the Bruins. I'm also a fan of Heinen's, but if I'm choosing between him and Bjork I'm driving Heinen to the airport myself.

I'm excited to see Bjork tested on Krecji's right tonight though. He's definitely a guy I envision in the top 6, by it on Krecji's left/right or Bergy's right.

I assume your are talking about Bruins Network. Hes more than a fan run account. He has credentials for Providence games and routinely talks with players and coaches. I'm sure the info he has is very legit.

I like both as well but imo Bjork is the Bruins best winger under 25 not names Pasta.
