Honestly Tuch has more value than Buchnevich so I think I'd keep Tuch over Buch. Maybe something more like this

Anyways, Krebs for DeAngelo is pretty fair 1 for 1. Maybe vegas adds a pick because DeAngelo is proven where Krebs is not. So the 3rd makes sense here.
The rest you have kinda balances like:
Elvenes + 2020 2nd for Georgiev, granted idk a lot about Elvenes but hes putting up some decent numbers in the A but is also -11 so maybe not defensively sound.
4th for Eakin. I dont think there is much interest in Eakin for NYR as he is having a disaster of the year so they cant really flip him, and he's a UFA at years end. I feel like there isnt really a need to include him at all. The contracts Vegas is recieving here dont negatively effect their cap (like at all) and the value without him is pretty fair.

I do think you are undervaluing Buchnevich though. I dont think him and Tuch are as far apart as you say.

It's a decent trade in my opinion, but there's two problems.

1) the value for Tuch is ok, but I still can't see VGK moving. They signed him long-term for a reason.

2) VGK is quite likely to have problems with re-signing DeAngelo, since they're very close to the cap limit.
