but the cool and exciting thing about the draft is you never know how the player will turn out!!!! cool eh! "if the Habs drafted right" are you serious u might as well add every good 2nd round or late 1st round pick to this team too!

If they were so obvious other teams would of drafted them sooner. Other teams haven't exactly nailed it down either. It just isn't a perfect science. People are right when they say the more picks you have the better the odds of drafting a good player because its basically crap shoot. Yakupov was supposed to be the next Ovechkin. It just doesn't always work out.

Yeah the Habs could of done better, so could have every other team. Believe me go look at other teams who weren't constantly drafting in the top 1-15 every year and see how well they did......as bad as you think Montreal is, there are worse teams.

Id say montreal is one of the better drafting teams in the NHL, I'm bias of course but they have had some very good late round picks
