KP = a first and a mid prospect (zboril , JFK, lauzon) or a 2nd, mid prospect, and roster player (Moore, Kuraly i guess lol)

John Moore is worth a 3rd
Nordstrom is wirth a 4th
Jumbo wont be traded, but is wroth no more than a 3rd right now

Would I rather a 1st and mid for Kreider? Yes. As opposed to an overpay. Especially if they re-sign him. I’d never give a 1st for JGP under any circumstances.

Palmieri would be a nice add but he’s also more of a PP specialist which they don’t need the help there. Need a better 5 on 5 guy which you are trading away. Also like guys like Tuch, Rakell, Kase, Labanc who may become available later.

Jersey does not have a need to trade KP this year so unfortunately it will take an overpay to land him and I’m not sure it’s worth it. Rather pay half that for Toffoli or Granlumd for playoff push or a 3rd of it for some 3rd line RW depth piece.

Your values for Moore and Nordy are fair if they choose to dump them for cap space.

Thornton is not a fantasy it’s a nightmare.
