I actually really could get behind a couple of these. I like the idea of sending Vats to Tampa and maybe Fitzgerald could play around with retained salary and conditionals to have multiple picks involved in the return. Id want an absolute minimum of a guarenteed second rounder. I also like the Wood to Boston trade. I think he could help their team and if they are trying to win now they may be willing to give up a decent return for him. Idk much about Vaakanainen but him and a second rounder are valuable.

Butcher trade is a no from me. Tuch is pretty bad and I think the Devils could find a better deal for Butcher if they decided to trade him. I would hesitate to do that deal 1for1 adding a first rounder makes it a definite no from me, dawg.
