Also signing 4 year deal is stupidest thing Hoffman can do at this point, him being 30 years old. He should make the next contract as long as he can to make the most money out of it. When that contracts expires, he's 35 and no one is paying him anymore.

Good acquisitions, unfortunately, Hoffman will go for probably 7 and Haula for 3-4.

Cap I heard is going up to 83 so put the the two extra d men in the minors + benson; and maybe bring up a rookie back up and it may work. Keep it up

Everytime I see a post about the Oilers getting wingers, the Oilers some how get top 6 forwards with the most valuable asset going the other way being a 2nd round draft pick.

You're giving the Wild A 4th and Chiasson for a 5th ? Chiasson on his own probably gets you a mid round pick ( with a little salary retention)
