If we can recognize that Green is likely a #5-6 guy, and that we know Benning is too, a team gearing up for a potential run to the second round or beyond wouldn't look to run one of those guys in over their head.

Larsson isn't the piece that will be moved tomorrow. Despite his obvious warts, he can at least physically handle the minutes he's forced to eat in his role. His physical playstyle will be an asset for the Oilers if they're trying to contend in the West too.

Benning's handedness and RFA status is going to give him a bit of a boost on the market tomorrow. The three teams that missed out on Bogosian - Carolina, Pittsburgh, and Toronto - could be in the market for his services. Is there a package that could nab Edmonton a guy like Erik Haula? Nick Bjugstad+?
