Team: 2019-20 Boston Bruins
Initial Creation Date: Feb. 24, 2020
Published: Feb. 24, 2020
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
I assume Ritchie will start on the 3rd line but he can be swapped with Kuhlman if necessary. Until then, rotate the 4th liners (Kuraly, Wagner, Kuhlman, Nordstrom, Lindholm) to try to find the best combo for the playoffs.

Also, rotate Clifton/Lauzon on the 3rd pairing to give them both playing time.

Fair, damn i wanna see Kase lol... But yeah after is the problem.
I still say the Bjork, Coyle, Kuhlman line would be dope and then Ritchie, Kuraly, Wags would be an insane 4th line

Or they call up Brett Ritchie (place nordy on waivers) for the memes and make a Nick - Kuraly - Brett line

I was wondering if they will toy with playing Nick on 2nd. Debrusk-Coyle-Bjork really clicked the few times it happened. Krecji has always worked well with a big wing and Nick and Kase have some familiarity.

Sounded like they were resigned to having him on 3rd with Coyle.

Think it’s a waste to put him on 4th. Even if it is a great line.

I agree, but given that, is Kuhlman a 4th liner or do they send him down to develop more?

I think strictly from a numbers game he goes down. Doesn’t deserve to, but more minutes is not a bad thing for him.

Not very often i agree with Joe Haggerty but his response to someone saying Nick’s a downgrade from Heinen and was just a cap move was a gem:

“How on God's green earth is Danton Heinen better than Nick Ritchie when Ritchie has more goals, averages more points per game, he has twice as many hits. He's actually someone you notice during the game from time to time throwing a hit or actually putting his body in front of the net. We never notice Danton Heinen doing anything when we watch him play.”

That sums it up. Lol.

I agree, when he got scratched i didnt even know he was missing, and then when he came back i had no clue he was back. If that doesnt sum it up I dont know what does lol.
But yeah idk I guess it was the same Idea and probably was an upgrade, but also based on the guys on the roster, here we are talking about who to get rid of because they have too many roster eligable players now (which isnt bad, but also stinks for whoever gets the boot)

Yeah i guess nothing wrong with letting Kuhlman develop one more year. Hes playing well, but 11 points in 34 games isnt much to be too worried about I guess
