Barzal is priority #1. Montreal would have to offersheet more than 12 mill for isles not to match. They will trade/buyout whatever players they have to in order to fit barzal under the cap. The new islanders owners want to win now and maximize barzal prime years. They are not letting another franchise center go when our new arena opens in less than 2 years

To keep Barzal I’d be willing to trade Bellows attached with Ladd and a 1st to clear up that contract Lou is gonna do everything in his power to keep Barzal no matter what
