Makes more sense just sending Louis to the minors over buying him out in the off season. Theyll save more money on the cap next year, then in the last year he might retire after getting his Signing Bonus, making his Cap hit only 1M.

great idea to trade away both Sutter and Beagle so that Horvat has to take all the defensive zone faceoffs. that's work out great for him and the team when they have been hurt before .
