why would you give up that much for a guy that slots in 7th on the depth chart. losing lehtara and berglund and only getting krecji to replace them leaves STL weak at C. i dont like steen there and if there is a major injury the are kinda screwed. You probably sent them out due to cap concerns but I would suggest finding another way.

It was pretty rare to see Berglund anywhere near playing centre; so in essence it's Krejci in and Lehtera out. And to ease your concern about centre ice, Fabbri Sobotka and Griffith have all played there as well. I, in fact, see centre as a strength now, not mediocre. Montour will be eased into the lineup but should have Gunnarsson's spot about 1/2 way thru the yr; and I doubted Anaheim would make the deal for just Berglund as he could walk after this year so I had to up the pot. Steen will be given protected minutes so he isn't hurt come playoff time.

that clears that up then. Not sure Fabbri is an NHL C but I did forget about Sobotka.
