@ek_65 had the fabbro idea and I think it could work if NSH is up for it (tweaked it slightly so that NSH retains more but gives a 4th and 5th rather than a 2nd). Clifford probably deserves more money but it's made up for in contract length. Guys in LTIR are guys who might get called up

man I agree that the leafs would have to add, but I just disagree with turris. He's a 30 year old making 3 mil for 4 more years, kerfoot is 25 making slightly more for 3 more years and is producing at nearly the same rate. Turris is on the decline, kerfoot is getting better, so it's not even remotely close to a wash. Also a guy who is one year removed from a 20 goal rookie campaign and still put up good numbers in an injury riddled season is worth more than those picks.

sorry..just dont see the trade happening.....Kerfoot is better and I dont see why the Preds would make that part of trade.....and pick up Turris portion you mentioned.....Johnsson has not done enough and teams will be weary of a guy with a serious leg injury....money will be tight and if he can't play like he did in that 1 good season he had he will not be worth it to another team....3.4 mil is not a lot except when a cap does not go up.
