Who exactly, that Jimmy is still interested in and that can handle second and third long term contracts, have a better chance of winning the cup. Jersey, Toronto? No. It's here or Chicago imo...

The Blues can't take on Nash and Klein's salaries even with some of it retained.

We can keep Klein and move him somewhere else.
With this deal it would leave STL with 200k above the cap with some minor moves, sending a spare forward down.

Rinaldi58: Having Nash playing for them doesn't make the Blues a better team on the ice. It hurts that cap....this year and next. Seems like a lot to give for Nyqvist, especially that first rounder which might be a lottery pick.

Your trade doesn't take into account the 2.75m cap space owed to Sobatka. NYR would have to take Berglund and not involve Klein.

AimBot. You haven't been on this site long enough. Many Ranger fans do not care about other teams rosters or cap space. Endless trades of Nash, Girardi and Stall.

For the love of god, stop embarrassing the majority of the Rangers fan base with these Nash trades that aren't going to happen. Despite how much some of us want him gone (myself included) these trades are turning into the TSN comment section from the Luongo debacle where the leafs thought they could get him and a first for Kadri.
