Calgary would gladly match that offer for Gaudreau. Apparently Gaudreau wants to play "in the East". Winnipeg isn't east enough for Gaudreau.

Treliving easily matches the offer sheet on Gaudreau. And no way does Trouba sign for $4.5 million per he will get around $5.5 million at least maybe even $6 million per easily if he stays in Winnipeg.

If your signing an RFA from another team to make it realistic you should set it up as a trade giving the picks you would loss for signing him. So in this case I think it would in the neighborhood of your first, second, and third round picks next year for the offer sheet at $6 mil per for Johnny Gaudreau assuming Calgary doesn't match.
