Am I missing something in all of these Eichel trades Can't tell if some of them are done as a joke or not. - He ain't McDavid - not even close - only cracked 80 points once!

Why would anyone give up two players who are a cinch to get you a combined 140 - 160 points @ 13M Cap AND 2 high quality prospects AND @ the 16OA pick this year for a single player with a 10M Cap hit who hasn't scored more than 82 points in a season?

Keep him please!

I'd rather trade Gaudreau and Monahan individually for a haul of assets than do this deal.

Eichel is incredible, but tossing in three first rounders (Dube is worth a late 1st, Pelletier was drafted mid-first, and a 1st is a 1st) on top of Gaudreau and Monahan (each worth a 1st + roster player + prospect) is McDavid level pricing. And Eichel and McDavid aren't the same value by a long shot.
