Depends how much they value L Brown. IMO he is worth far more than a 2nd+3rd. TB benefits because he can step in for them at centre with another year on his ELC + they can likely bridge him for a fairly low amount after that.

Brown is a valuable asset for sure, and especially for Tampa, bringing size and skill down the middle while still on an ELC. I still think they would reasonably ask for more, and it's still worth it to Ottawa. The other option for getting Cirelli would be an offer sheet, which would have Ottawa giving up their own 2021 1st which is a non option. You might have to pay a little bit more to avoid that.

Your Dream Scenario is a lot more likely than mine, chiefly due to the lottery odds.

Ottawa sports radio seems convienced the sens are ready to move on from brown. I honestly think his value is dropping rather steadily still a decent prospect to consider but wouldn’t consider as a high end prospect.
