No he didn't he never ever thought of leaving Tampa, He was just testing the market. He never ever thought of leaving Tampa for Buffalo that's just not true i live outside of Tampa and Stamkos is my favorite Bolt and it was well documented here in Tampa that Stamkos was going to resign all along.
