he absolutely was. but A) the guys on the fourth line arent much better and B) unlike them he has the ability to show flashes of brilliance and improve so putting him on the fourth line wouldnt be very productive for his development.

I wouldn’t call the Rangers depth atrocious, especially for a rebuilding team.
