Maybe but nj needs goaltending if Blackwood doesn’t work out there’s no one to replace him

Why? In 3 years Calgary is in much more need of a top 6 Center than a Goalie. They also have a great goalie prospect already in Dustin Wolf. I highly doubt Askarov falls to 16 and if Flames loose the play in they pick 11-13 and have much better forward options.

It would be total BS if the Leafs or Penguins get Lafreniere, Considering both were locks to make the playoffs.
