His first year playing when he scored 20 he had an unstainable shooting %. He is quite likely not going to come close to 20 again. Last year in over 1/2 a season, he scored 3 even strength goals with top end talent on his line. I wouldn't call him cheapish with the current financial situation of the NHL, and I wouldn't call him a top 6 talent. He is an undersized 3rd line winger, biggest asset is his speed, and is coming off a major leg injury. His 3.4 million cap hit during the stagnant cap situation combined with past year performance would suggest he is not going to return much of anything to Toronto if traded before next season starts. Very few teams can even afford to take him on without moving cap back, which doesn't help Toronto.
