Pasta and Kase haven't been practicing with the team, but this is assuming they are good to go by the first game. If not then I'd expect Bjork to take Pasta spot and Kuhlman to take Kase spot in the lineup.

Followed by, but its the first day. I'm probably one of the bigger Bjork fans and just based on how Cassidy has his lines during practice I see 1 of 2 things:

Either they don't think Pasta will be available to start and thats why Bjork is on L1 or Bjork is just practicing in Pasta's spot because he's not part of the starting line-up. Let's not forget the 7 or so games post TDL, Bjork was a scratch for all but 3 games.
