This is one of the best I’ve seen. I don’t mind signing Kovy for 1 year - I wouldn’t want 2 though. Only issue would be Domi on the RW. It’d be fine but I think next year Tatar either gets traded at the deadline or he walks at free agency, Domi then moves to the LW, Caufield takes a spot on RW.

In no particular order:
LW: Domi , Lafreniere, Drouin
RW: Gallagher, Caufield
C: Danault, Suzuki, Kotkaniemi

With that I think you can build 3 nice lines. Ideally, 3rd winger has some size.

Just looking at this, the amount of options that open up just by drafting Lafreniere is unbelievable. Not just possible line combinations but frees up players for trades too. What a gift that would be to this franchise!

Possible lineup in 2021:

Lafreniere - Suzuki - Gallagher
Domi - Kotkaniemi- Caufield
Drouin - Danault - SIZE

Only issue I see with lineup that has not been pointed out is Juulsen should play 3rd pairing with Romanov over Kulak. For 2 reasons 1. He is younger and still needs ice time to develop 2. Kulak doesn't play the right side as well as he does left

Armia fits nicely on the 3rd line RW

I agree. I just thought that maybe Juulsen might have another injury problem. I think the Habs should give him a shot during the playoffs. I personally like him more than Kulak and think he fits better w Romanov. It really depends on his health.
